All of our coffee is roasted fresh to order. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will ship within two business days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday and shipped within two business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is coming soon—sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it's available.
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date or appears lost, contact us at info@sentiercoffee.com, and we will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify. Because coffee is a perishable product, opened bags cannot be returned. If something is wrong with your order please reach out to us at info@sentiercoffee.com.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@sentiercoffee.com with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Our subscription is the most convenient way to get your favorite coffee delivered on a regular schedule. Choose your coffee, select a delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and we will take care of the rest. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.
Yes! Log into your account and skip any upcoming shipments.
Absolutely. You can change your delivery frequency anytime from your account dashboard. Changes will apply to your next scheduled shipment.
Yes, there's no commitment. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account. If you cancel before your next billing date, you won't be charged.
Log into your account and head to your subscription settings. From there, you can update your payment method, shipping address, and any other details whenever you need to.

During checkout, you will be given the option to redeem your points and apply them to your order. Points can be redeemed in the following increments: 200 points = $2 off, 400 points = $4 off, and 600 points = $6 off.
Unfortunately, yes. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity, so be sure to use them!
Yes! Add your birthday to your account profile and receive 250 bonus points during your birthday month.
