Returns & Refund Policy

At Sentier Coffee Roasters, we want every coffee experience to be exceptional. If something isn’t right with your order, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Because coffee is a perishable food product, opened coffee bags cannot be returned.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@sentiercoffee.com. Please include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Coffee Quality And Taste

Coffee flavor can vary depending on brewing method, grind size, and personal taste preference. If your coffee doesn’t meet expectations, reach out to us. While opened coffee cannot be returned, we are always happy to help troubleshoot brewing, recommend a different coffee, or help you find a better match for your taste.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened coffee products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or special-order products
Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original product and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Abuse Prevention

To ensure fairness to all customers, Sentier Coffee Roasters reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive return activity, or violation of our return policy.
