How much does it cost?
Events start at $995. That covers the barista, every drink poured during service, milk, cups and supplies, and setup and cleanup. Hours, guest count, and travel move it from there.
How much space does the cart need?
Roughly 8 by 6 feet, including room for the barista behind it, plus a clear path in.
Do you need power or water?
No. The cart carries its own battery and water. Nothing to plug in, nothing to hook up.
What milk do you have?
Standard comes with oat and whole milk. Any other milk is available on request, just tell us when you book.
Indoors or outdoors?
Both, though outdoors we ask for shade or cover.
How long does setup take?
We arrive ahead of service to set up and we're packed up shortly after the last drink.
How long is a typical service?
Most events run two to three hours of continuous service. Longer days are quoted to fit the schedule.
How many guests can you handle?
One barista keeps a steady line moving. For larger rooms we bring a second so nobody stands around.
