At 2,200 MASL, this Ethiopian coffee grows at an exceptionally high altitude. Cooler temperatures slow the coffee cherry's maturation, giving the beans more time to develop flavor.
PROCESS
Washed processing removes the fruit before drying, creating a cleaner, lighter cup.
ROAST
A light roast keeps this coffee clean and bright, allowing its natural character to come through clearly.

Tucked inside the legendary Yirgacheffe region, its high-altitude farms sit in iron-rich soil that has been growing coffee longer than anywhere else on earth.
